The main building and the outdoor areas were recently renovated, so that we can offer you a more secure, well-appointed and pleasant stay.

Sivota is located at the coast between Igoumenitsa and Parga, facing the islands of Corfu and Paxi. The beautiful surrounding with its crystal clear waters, the numerous sand or pebble beaches and the green small islands makes Sivota an ideal place for relaxing vacations.

Apart from all the natural beauties, you can also enjoy water-sport activities, traditional food and a delightful night-life at the local taverns, bars and clubs of the town port.

Hotel Sivota is situated at a central though quiet location, 5 mins from the port (Mourtos) and 10 mins from the nearest beach.

Our hotel was recently renovated (2006) in order to provide the best possible conditions for a relaxing and enjoyable summer. You can stay in one of our 25 double-bed and triple-bed rooms, or in one of our 4 luxury suites.

All rooms are equipped with:
bathroom, air-conditioning, mini-bar, telephone, safe box, satellite TV, internet.

In addition, we have 2 rooms especially designed for people with special needs.

After a game of tennis at one of our lighted courts you can relax inside the swimming pool (Olympic dimensions) or enjoy a cool drink at the bar just next to the water.

The beautiful outdoor areas of the hotel also include an exotic garden for your afternoon stroll, the open-air restaurant for all your meals and a playground for our youngest visitors.
